Brand new apartment in a Brand new building . Please no noise during early morning or during night, no smoking, no fire like candels, keep clean as possible, and pay attention when leaving open doors as they crash easily with wind, so please fix them. Keep attention to close gas after you use the kitchen.
We do the cleaning of the apartment after your departure. We do not clean mess! Doing the dishes, or putting out trash is not part of our remit. 30Euro of the deposit will be deducted if we have to fullfill those tasks .Thanks for understanding

Getting around
To visit : The historical center of Levanto, the Seaside walk from Levanto to Bonassola and Framura, the old Church "S.Andrea". Take the train to get to Monterosso in 3 minutes and visit the Cinque Terre. Amazing is also the path from Levanto to Monterosso. If you prefer to enjoy the sea, you can rent canoe, small boats to cruise along the coast. Organized trips are available on request.
